Rest and Relax Organic Tea

This refreshing beverage combines premium chamomile flowers with the soothing aromas of dried lemon balm, passionflower, lavender, and lemon verbena. Directions:
Add 1 heaped teaspoon for each cup of freshly boiled hot water. Steep for at least 5 minutes. Served as is or with a little natural sweetener like honey or coconut nectar.
